I think we're in a decent position to be honest. We're quite fortunate with the timely arrival of Pedro and to a lesser point, Jeffren who seems like a useful backup.

Henry, Bojan, Ibrahimovic, Messi and to some extent Iniesta + No Africans! means we'll be okay in attack this year. However it'll be interesting to see how things go in the summer, but that's a long way off. For now, we don't need anything in January besides perhaps an Edgar Davids esque loan for midfield.

i'd say the first team is fine apart from the left wing. but we really do need backup in several areas to survive a long campaign on many fronts

I think we don't need another LW. If anything, it's Henry that's keeping our scoring low. We have Pedro and Bojan for LW who're equally good at starting over Henry. We need to keep Jeffren who's really our only true winger.

That being said, our true problem is midfield. We can't expect Busquets, Iniesta, and Xavi to play world-class football when they have to start every match until Keita and Yaya come back. Unless of course, Thiago and Dos Santos can do it...

Pandev, Robinho or maybe Baptista. Suarez might work, but better to get Pandev - he's more proven in a better league and he's free.

he isn't a true winger though. infact- can bojan survive in this team? we already have a small tehcnical guy in messi so for the balance of the team we shouldn't have bojan in the middle ahea of ibrahimovic. he COULD play on the left but i'd prefer a true winger

Is Henry a true winger? Assuming by true winger you mean someone who hugs the touchline line then i don't think thats what we need at all. Maybe as a backup, someone who can give us a different option.

Bojan is a good player. He's not physical enough to play CF and LW is the next option. Good thing is he's still young and can adapt quicker at this age.

with messi being more of a forward and cutting inside then we need a good winger for the balance and to cross to ibra for those headers to stop parked buses. di maria would be a great asset.
