It is plain and simple: Without Messi we are a completely different team, a 2nd-class team. Depending on Messi is OK since he is our best player, but we have to have plans to carry the team forward if Messi is not playing. Real Madrid does much better in this regard, without Ronaldo they play even better many times.

In a nutshell our game under Luis Enrique has been the over-reliance on our offense line without the midfield playing any significant role. He is counting on MSN, and Messi particularly to bail us out. Luis Enrique is either blatantly blind or completely out of ideas. He should man the helm for the remainder of the season and be placed.

Yep Kameni always goes into beast mode against us or RM, and in addition Malaga had 5-4-1 formation. I am not sure that even with Messi we would have won this game.

maybe Piqué was trying too hard to be the hero. Twice he headed the ball in infavorable position with better placed forward behind him. Paco could have scored if Piqué would have let him - unless of course Superman GK would have denied him too. It was unreal how he kept Neymar's header out.
