No bad as I thought it will be but all creation is on Messi. Defence and transition is ok but creation = 0. Raki is playing to safe. Risk free.

Delofeu missed nice chance at the start abd Messi shot in 23rd min. That is all.

We need someone to create. Messi can drop at 40m from goal and score.

I'm sure Rakitic is a nice enough guy but he infuriates me ... when we are going forward and they were retreating he decided to pass it backwards again to Samedo ...

We looked very alive, active, quick and mobile in the first half. Also our players tried really hard with pressing and defending, especially Deulofeu, Bob, Paco, Busquets and Rakitic. I know it is only Betis but I wanted to give our players and EV credit for doing that. And that Masch tackle saved the day.

On the downside we still have few ideas penetrating their defense and breaking down that bus. Overall a good first half.

We MUST NOT let Bob go.

So much potential in this team ... Roberto Semedo and Deulofeu are amazing; bringing much needed energy to the team. We just need a 3rd midfielder along Busi and Roberto that is an engine (Seri will do) ... and a left wing sub to Suarez (Paco can piss off)

We're usually ok in these games at home. It's away from home and against good teams we struggle.

These are the games Deulo was bought back for too. Not Classicos or to be a regular starter.
