Imagine having a system though. An organized set up where players know what is expected of them and can practice and thrive in their role.
It makes medicore players like Garcia play better than they are.
Meanwhile, a lack of structure or system can lead to good players looking below average or awful.
This is Barcelona under Xavi.
Hard to believe people like Serghei, Jamcock etc fail to understand this or are straight up delusional about it.
It's so simple really...
And honestly those who can't understand that, don't get football.
The best symptom of such myopia is overrating players that shine within a structure ('Saka is the best RW in the world' etc) and underrating players that can't shine without any structure ('Felix is trash' etc.)
