Barca have barely played a team in top half of the table while Real have played Atletico, Bilbao, Girona and Sociedad. Other than Barca and Real themselves that is the top six.

I feel like Madrid with this diamond are carving out a play style and a clear idea and we're going to be left behind if we don't sort out this defense soon.

Needs to be a clearer idea of how we want to play.

True, need to be in the mix when our best players are gonna be back, within 2-4 points maybe. If we do that, it's all good. Gonna be tough looking at our next games. Most are tough ones.

The league is going to be tight but Real look better side so far.

Barca need to hang in and try to improve in form as season goes on.

Reals team looks a lot more athletic now they have moved off the older legs. Their team looks a lot more structured and with a plan of how to play han Barcas currently also.

I will always despise Granada after what they did in the 20/21 season.

Agree, but not completely with " Te Amo Barca ".
I prefer last year defense: Balde Chris Kounde Araujo. We concede too many goals with back 2 this season.
Midfield: Gavi Gundo Cancelo.
Attack: Felix Ferran Lamine.
They play 442 or 4411. If they counterattack on the right, Yamal is not good on defense. we will have Cancelo in front and Araujo behind him. Side will be well covered.
Counterattack on left. Felix and Gavi defend well. But, the problem is:
1. Balde, jogging to go back to his position, is always late.
2. He's too soft. He allows them to center the ball in. Gavi being everywhere + Felix can help Balde cover that side. The center will be ok with Gundo Chris Kounde.
If I remember well, last 2 games were 1-1. We must win.

Glad Fermin and Yamal are playing. I’d rather see a promising young player getting a chance than Romeu wasting space in the starting 11.

That line up is too attacking against better teams but makes sense v a poor Granada.

Gundogan been the best mid the past few games.

Need another controlling game from him and Gavi/Fermin to help.

Ideally want Gundo further forward as Ferran needs those balls in behind but needs must.
