I said that. He's literally forcing things and trying to do too much. He's not playing like himself. He also doesn't trust his teammates.

I saw this coming months back. Messi won't look bothered and he'll probably become more selfish. His lack of motivation will affect his performance. I did say this would be his worst season for us because of those reasons.

I guarantee you if he goes to a team like City, he would become instantly much better.

I said, he doesn't look bothered half the time. Which is very true. The other half is him trying to dribble by 4 guys and play passes that are very difficult. It's not the Messi I'm used to seeing. He's definitely not playing his natural game at the moment.

He doesn't have anyone that good to link up with. There is no chemistry between Dembele, Grizemann, Fati and himself. Messi has sulked at his teammates an awful lot this season. Never seen him sulk so much. I feel it's only going to get much worse as the season goes on.

City won't be paying that much on Messi. They could easily get him for around 50m to 60m in January, considering how bad our situation is at the moment. Plus, we'll free up his massive salary. We may be forced to sell him if Messi does agree to sign a pre-contract with City in January.

Zero chance City are paying 50-60m for Messi in January and putting him on massive wages.

If it happens at all it will be for free in summer.
