Anyone else concerned about his facial hair growth? It certainly isn't normal he goes from clean shaven to a heavy beard in 2 days.

Is this a possible reason he doesn't remain clean shaven since 2016?

If I were him i would get it checked out as a possible hormonal issue and might explain his studded apparent decline.

For example this is Messi at the award ceremony pretty heavy beard

lol, my beard grows really fast as well, its a combination of genetics and testosterone levels probably, maybe you are the one who needs a check up...

Lol if he had a hormone problem it would be caught in a blood test. And I am fairly certain he gets them at least once a year.

I'm more concerned with his smile. He doesn't seem to smile with joy anymore :(.

He always had that vacant face expression that doesn't express anything. Even when smiling. Probably intraversion and/or mild autism. "Smiles with joy" was never the case with him. And before anyone thinks i'm saying that to diss him, no. I myself have similar personal traits. Can't be easily excited and suppress emotions.

Finishing has been off all season.

Playing pretty well today though it is against a team in the relegation zone.

The Barto board screwed up these last few years by loading up on all these slow, low work rate players. Surround Messi with young talent, and Barca wouldn't have been as dross these past few seasons.

Always easy in hindsight. Had we done thad fans would be screaming we would be so much better with a few star players considering it already looks good Messi playing with youngsters.

But all the star players that the board did buy were all of a certain profile and has physical limitations. Coutinho, Griezmann, Gomes, Alcacer, Turan, and now Pjanic.

I'll excuse the board for Dembele, because personally I probably would've also ended up splashing the money on him if I had been in the position.
