You are right. Every so-called top-tier inside source has been wrong regarding the news about Messi. Laporta has been saying the same thing for the past 2 months, yet we're no closer to signing Messi than we were back in May.

The longer this goes on the more likely Messi is to leave. I still have it at 60/40 of him staying, but they're running the risk of annoying Messi. He'll want his future sorted before the season starts, which isn't far away.
