Lionel "The Greatest of All Time" Messi V2

Against Platanta you need to win if you get out of a pub drunk if you are Messi. If you can't you go home and you care for your vacations. There is no debate.

You can argue he was not bad or involved, but when you come there and you bring all those finished players and a losser as a coach you are responsible for making the difference. He was close but the spark is no longer there, his fast reactions and acceleration is gone.

I don't see how it will just reaper again in a WC even if Argentina is 300 times better than those beggars from murica and the necromanced amigos.

Try posting sober next time. Even these rare occasions Miami loses it's still more interesting than Man City Liverpool Madrid matches I watched earlier in the day. The linkup play in the highlights speaks for itself, football would be depressing today without the amigos.

Campana shoving Atlanta's keeper like a drowned spider web with Suarez following suit is proper entertainment.

A blessing in disguise probably. Don't want this team to get embarrassed in the Club World Cup coming up

Hopefully, this will have opened the owners' eye and prioritize first of buying some competent defenders and GK.

Sick of seeing Aviles in that defense

Just saw the Messi header and subsequent shoving of Guzan into the net, then Suarez getting in his face swearing at him, pure cinema. Bet they enjoyed the comeback after all that, fair play to them.

they are screwed already with salary cap, not sure what they can do, it's not like camel league where they can sign anyone.

The purpose of the MLS stint is to have some fun and stay rested for the actual big trophies

4-5 months of rest will bring him back 2 years younger. You can quote me on this in the spring.

Don't know 100% of MLS salary cap rules, but I would sell the guys with high wages like Kryvstov & Gressel. There's a bunch running out of contract this year so that should help.

Gomez will leave so that will alleviate some wages. Farias can replace him although he's not as good as him.

Maybe downgrade Campana to regular contract instead of DP.

With all that, should be enough to buy a competent CB.
