It felt pretty tough when he left and it would feel quite tough if he comes back for a serious role in the team. Leo please be smart and choose the arabian money

If he comes back where will he play? As a midfielder? RW? Dembele/Raphinha to LW where they arent nearly as effective?

Love Messi but dont want him back. We had a good thing brewing.

In the right interior role that Pedri plays with Dembele on the RW in Xavi's system.

Pedri can play the Gavi role.

Xavi is a fool. He constantly shouts about the principles of positional football, the legacy of Cruyff, and he himself longs for the return of a player who runs less than 4 km per match.

Fool who betrayed his principles.

Where will Dembele play? He's half the player he is on the left flank. That'd essentially terminate his Barca career at a high level. Raphinha simply can't play on the left.

Dembele, just like Messi prefers the ball to feet and can't play on the shoulder of the last defender running in behind and making inverted runs like a Fati would. That will result in Barca having a front 3 of a target man and 2 attackers who like the ball to feet with 1 of them playing in his weaker position.

Dembele on the RW as I mentioned.

Fuck this team where the personality is above the club.

Football Fans are painfully dumb and not practical whatsoever.

Do a poll and I guarantee atleast 95% of Barca fans would want Messi back.

Xavi wanted Busquets, a DM to extend BTW. He's a clown of a coach anyways.

Not only our defensive game and pressing will suffer, but also the positional attack - as this pedestrian does not follow the principles of positional football at all.

The classic structure of a positional attack with Messi in the team. He left his position and dropped into the middle line when there was no need to do so.

As a result, we are deprived of both the width and depth of the attack.

Do you want to see this shit next season?

You said Messi will play as the RW who tucks in.

Like Pedri sometimes plays as the LW who tucks in forming a 4 in midfield.

I'm confused. Where are you suggesting Messi will play tactically?
Messi in the right interior role that Pedri plays (RCAM)

Offensive phase

-----------------------Lewy
Balde--Gundo/Pedri-------Messi---Dembele
-------------------FDJ-------???
-----Christensen----Araujo-----Kounde

Defense

-------------Lewy------Messi
Gundo/Pedri--FDJ---???-------Dembele
Balde---Christensen---Araujo----Kounde

??? = I have no idea who's gonna come
