actually i was very VERY happy to see messi win the copa america. i had never bought a messi jersey before, not even a barca one, but i bought this year's messi argentina jersey to mark his copa america victory. he played like crap in the final but in every game before that he was just on fire.
so yeah: i was wrong about his winning a title with argentina. and im glad i was wrong.
his club football over the past few years has been very very underwhelming however. when messi was younger he was criticized for playing well for barca but poorly for argentina. the reverse has been the case for some time now.
THAT SAID hellllll noooooo he's not the best player in the world and does not merit the bdor. i told u all MONTHS ago and come december i will happily distribute the Ls. imagien scoring 0
