sound an excuse just because messi is struggling there. PL is far more physical than Ligue 1 and it's not even close lol.

After watching all PSG's games this season, I've come to the conclusion that Ligue 1 is more physical than PL. The pace of the game though, PL still slightly ahead.

Agreed. Ligue1 is something of a EPL second division. Excellent talents and prospects. Not the place if you don't like contact or are on the decline like Messi is. I don't think Neymar particularly enjoys playing the league games either.

Now if you have the team running and pressing for you, you can still work out. Like Fekir. But PSG are not building around current Messi, and rightly so.

Messi is really struggling in a more physical League. I've seen him out hustled and outmuscled quite a few times in France. It's probably a good thing he didn't go to the EPL.
PSG struggle quite a bit in domestic games. Often it's their individual quality that helps them win.
Poch is just another bitch who has to field the star players. Mbappe would be stupid to stay there.
He could go to Real or even come here and be the main man.

Is there anything to stop us getting him back on loan

beautiful, sharp assist

but other than that as absent as possible. this is nantes we are talking about and psg lost 3-1.

i think its hilarious that when Neymar moved there and while the likes of Ibra were tearing L1 appart, this whole forum couldnt stop laughing/memeing at the 'farmers' league

suddenly messi is in france and WOW, what a PHYSICAL league it is, SECOND to the EPL!

give me a break. broken radamel falcao and senior citizens Ibra and Beckham had no problem making teams there look amateurish

wake up and smell the coffee, fellas

Messi fanboys are hilarious

Can't handle the fact their boy chose money and comfort over loyalty and glory.

Man has been phoning it in since the second treble

Decided to turn it up for 2019 after walking around vs Roma in 2018. Would have left for free if Barca won UCL as he was learning English for a while and left that clause in his contract for a reason.

Didn't win it, tried for one more year lost 8-2 send a fax saying he wants to leave, Covid means legally he can't leave.

His lawyers tell him no you can't leave the clause has a clear dated expiry date which has now lapsed, come out with an interview saying you could totally win the lawsuit but don't want take the club of your life to court.

Then say Bartomeu hasn't bought the players to be competitive but have a 555m contract and then say oh yeah I'm taking a pay cut but it'll be a 5 year contract and I'm only going to stick around for 2 years. I'll take that 1m a week to be an ambassador though while I play MLS.

How can you be shameless enough to say this shit while having 9 contracts in 8 years

?Money is not a motivating factor. Money doesn?t thrill me or make me play better because there are benefits to being wealthy. I?m just happy with a ball at my feet. My motivation comes from playing the game I love. If I wasn?t paid to be a professional footballer I would willingly play for nothing.? ? Lionel Messi.

tremendous poins, Gician. 9 contracts in 8 years, each better than the last, costing the club hundreds and hundreds of millions of Euros for---what, exactly?

crying in and moping in the CL KOs for years on end?

pls

Messi played quite well yesterday, closed down more than usual and was sharp in dribbling and passing. Not really a game to shit on him.

Plenty to choose from in the league this year to do that. Not this one though
