I'm telling you.... he's still making his mind up. You don't decide something that quickly after having your heartbroken. He was so set on staying last Thursday..... and he's suddenly supposed to be joining a new team days later?
Also, I honestly believe he's giving teams a chance to prepare their offers properly.

He is heartbroken and needs some time, yes. He might not like PSG that much, but if there are no other plausible offers, it is PSG or not playing football for a season in Europe.
It is going to be PSG.
Actually, maybe he really accepted PSG offer but on a whim. Because he was emotionally unstable.
Now he has calmed down so he is reconsidering it. That is why we see the reliable sources got it wrong twice about his arrival date.

Seems fishy Barca and Messi never just agreed to a renewal to avoid issue of being registered as new signing.

And even if Messi has his plane, PSG is used to provide a plane to its players. Some guys like Thiago Silva had even that clause on his contract.
Then that is even more bizarre. PSG provide it regularly so low chance of this becoming an issue today.
There are other teams that could afford Messi. Don't be so naive to think it's just PSG that could afford him. City and Chelsea have the money for Messi. Man City has technically only spent 40m this season, so they have more than enough money to make room for Messi, and Chelsea has technically only spent 60m this summer. If they want Messi badly, they will put in an offer for him. Also, PSG just spent 70m on Hakimi, and they just brought in 4 new players who will have huge signing-on fees and wages. To think that it's just PSG after they've just spent a lot already this summer.... is very naive, especially when there are other billionaire owners who can afford him.
We don't know what's going on behind the scenes and what new offers he's getting by the hour. Maybe City, Chelsea.... or whoever is making Messi new proposals.
The guy didn't say it was an issue. He just stated the price and he was surprised by the number. Maybe they need a special charter to carry the money bags Messi had hidden in his garden ?
