Imagine you are a multi-millionnaire person,
You completed many of your dreams..
You have money, family, cars, houses, fans.. and a comfortable daily-life.
Why would you spend 5 hours a day in an intensive training ?
-> This is why you need THE MINDSET.. To keep the same regularly and desire after 15 years of intense career isn't easy. You need an internal drive, mindset + you need the necessary environment atmosphere that pushes you, makes you accountable and drives you higher (like the Liverpool atmosphere of Klopp, the culture of Bayern, the City of Guardiola.. They all have a high-standard in the way they think and train). Messi and Neymar are lacking that.

messi has been predictably, reliably, dependably, inevitably abysmal for the past 4-5 years. nothing erratic about it: he scores vs minnows (not anymore though) but he chokes in the big games. rinse and repeat
