not necessarily, carroll is for me 100% gone and with cover on the wing BR won't hesitate to sell downing and skrtel is bound to leave if zenit or napoli pay. that's atleast 35m right there + the season budget (maybe 20-30m if BR convinces the 'murikans his targets are worth it)
edit: forgot to add the possible sale of jay spearing,assiadi and few more fringe players.
aspas seems a done deal for about 7m. the imediate concern is the defence, the club will be trying to get the defence fully sorted before anything. i expect to have 1 of eriksen or Mkhitaryan for 15m

Mkhitaryan depends on whether we can sell Carroll asap and we know the future of Suarez. I'd say atm it is long way off happening.
We've also put in a bid for Simon Mignolet.

I don't know what it is about Reina?
I cant get my head round the idea that if he's not good enough for Liverpool, why should we want him?
I suppose if we were buying a young GK and leaving him with his team for a year, then Reina could play with Pinto back-up and we get money for VV.
Then next year, Pinto leaves, Reina is back-up and young keeper (Ter Stegen?) is Barca's GK

If Liverpool can end the summer with:
Simon Mignolet - £10m
Kolo Toure - Free
Toby Alderweireld - £15m
Iago Aspas - £7m
Luis Alberto - £8m
Christian Eriksen - £15m
Henrikh Mkhitaryan - £20m
Total - £75m
Which is realistic/affordable for them then I think they can finish top 4 under Rodgers next season. Especially if those signings help convince Suárez to stay.
