Real has lost 4 games aswell, it's definitely still winnable, 1 draw/loss for RM and then 3 points for us at home in the clasico is all it will take.

All streaks are bound to end at one point or another. It doesn't mean that the team isn't champion quality otherwise the champions wouldn't lose a single game in the season.
Malaga aren't the easiest of opponents either.
We all knew this could happen. Despite all our good performances we were still second in the league, yet some in this forum acted like we were first and on top of the world. All it took was one loss for the gap to open once more.

We have 2 draws, they have none. There lies the difference. Losing points in winnable games like today's will come back to bite us.
What really worries me is what this Barca looks like when Messi doesn't show up.
Ney sucked for few matches, Suárez all the time, Iniesta since 2012 but they are always bailed by Messi.
Some players need to be asked if football is their priority or are they here to collect their massive wages.
And grow some balls ffs.
Pique, of all people, is only one who deserved respect.

That was one of the worst performances I've seen all season. Shambles with sloppy play. No one looked like they wanted to play and had other things on their mind. Piqué was definitely worthy of respect. Wtf was Alves doing I don't know, too comfortable playing the ball back to keeper lead to our undoing.
Thing is though Malaga looked like scoring on a few more occasions.
In attack we were woeful, really were it was absolutely pathetic. We missed sitters that would have been put away on another day or rather IF they had taken the ball under control. Piqué should have left that ball for Neymar at the end.
Although we played poor, there was no doubt those "officials" were biased as hell, really against Barça all game. Malaga too with the amateur dramatics was seriously taking the piss.

I don't what it was, but Leo looked absolutely despondent / uninterested today.
He begun to drop deeper and deeper throughout the game, and all he offered us was that right to left over the top ball, which was our only offensive idea.
Antonella's parents getting attacked? I don't know, but Leo was back to his post-injury self today, extremely conservative.
PS, Suarez hasn't shown me yet that he's even close to our standard as a lone CF.
Time to think City now.

Agree. Shows that he's just kicking it blind. Needs to juke the defender just enough to get an opening, and at least get the ball into the mixer.
To be honest, almost every Barça player had "Alba Syndrome" today. Granted, Malaga parked the tightest double banks I've ever seen (sometimes no more than a yard between players), but you can't just keep kicking it right at them (half of whom are turning their backs to protect their body). I don't fault Barça for having trouble with such a bus, but this was the most frustrating wasteful aspect of the game for me.

Last week I thought Leo looked sloppy in his execution of passes and at times a bit too selfish when he should have clearly passed the ball. It was the same ethic today only difference is against Levante he looked sharper in the box and actually got some shots off, did he even have a shot on goal today? (aside from the free kick).
Malaga closed the doors in the centre and kept it ridiculously tight, the only way in was through the flanks. The only one putting in decent crosses was from Messi and even then there wasn't enough; the one's that did go through either were headed away, the attack was saved (Iniesta should have taken the ball down and shot not friggin headed it!) or it went out of play.

Can you really see Elche causing the ultimate upset? RM will no doubt capitalise on Barça's cock up. You have to laugh, we were waiting for them to slip up and completely choke.
