It'd be painfully fatal to drop points this weekend. If we win and the derby ends in a draw, we can rest our players a lot more throughout the remainder of the season. Underestimating Sevilla for the sake of resting our players (for what exactly?) could result in a loss and an increased momentum for either Real or Atletico. If we win, however, we can start to sit back and focus on the CL.

Let's not forget that early April will be tough as hell. I expect us to drop points in one of those games. This wouldn't be too wotrrying as long as we collect the 3s now.

I full agree - the Seville game shouldn't be taken to lightly. But on the other hand I think it is vital not to exhaust the players and by that make them more likely to get injured. That is why I would rest Busquets for this game or at least limit him to 1st half.

You are right - there is no need to rest anybody for them to play the next few games, but you have to look backwards and see how much the players have actually played in a really short time recently.

My argument is: it is better to drop points this week than risk injuries (And even with a slightly weaker team we should have a good chance for a win). We have been quite lucky+smart to avoid too many injuries until now, and lets keep it that way :)

With a Copa final in the not so distant future, you gotta wonder how Emery intends to approach this match at Camp Nou...I hope Lucho fields the strongest side possible

Why are you guys talking about droping points ? No points will be dropped , but the approach will certainly be conservative .
3:1 is my prediction

Don't know why, but I have a bad feeling for this match. I hope the team takes it serious enough and doesn't relax too much. There is no place for complacency.
