Even if he gets fired, there will be no instant change, so it's better if you make peace with the thought: this year Barca will NOT win the LaLiga.
(Just as I stated back in May after the Copa fiasco.)
This is gonna be an exceptionally bad year for Barca, even if EV is sacked, because it may take months until a new coach forms a new approach and team.

In your opinion....

With how bad we are playing recently there is no other way but up, think about when Benitez got sacked for Real, Zidane took over, they looked formidable again and went on to win CL.

To say things wouldn't change is delusion or trolling.

Things wouldn't change instantly. Never do in football.
Instinctive moves still follow what's been practiced and muscle-memory tends to stick to the most recent formulas.

Zidane was lucky with the almost instant rise of form after their 0:4 at home but later it turned out that their CL win was also quite lucky.
I didn't say things won't change, I said it takes a bit of time.

There's a general consensus that Barca fans are the worst of all. What people mean by that is the lack of "cojones" in supporters when things get tough. Years back, MU fans single-handedly prevented a bad ownership deal from happening because they thought it would destroy the club. What have you done? Here's the picture: you have the biggest stadium in Europe with 80K+ attendance on average, where magicians on the pitch do unearthly magic week in and week out and still, this place feels like tomb yard at midnight. 25K people at West Ham stadium make noise that can be heard from outer space. Look at your fans when cameras go around - Chinese toursts with photo cameras, Japanese tourists with photo cameras, tourists, tourists, tourists snapping pics and jumping for joy and posing for selfies to post but have no idea what are they doing there. You have the most dense talent-wise team of all and still can't figure out the right spots for your players? How many decades are necessary to realize that S.Roberto must play in the mid-field? How about honor? That fake Brazilian bimbo spit in the face of the club but you're going to the ends of the Earth to bring him back! You have a coach who registered the two (2) consecutive most spectacular fails in any tournament in the history of the game and he's still your coach?! Gee, go get him on the pitch and kick his ass if have to! What would happen in Manchester you think? Also, it's about time to buy an ENTIRE DEFENSE made of real defenders who know who to defend. Trust me, it will pay off. For God's sake, at least wave those white handkerchiefs or just make a sound you dumb asses! Do something for your club! But again, you're just tourists. Tourists yell, jump, pose and then go home...

what is lacking in this team is aerial ability, no one is good in the air to score goals. one of the most useful thing in football

its a messi team with pass the ball to the little guy in front attitude so it's not valverde's fault. Guardiola was just luckier. stupid tiki taka to messi and no team play. idiotic.

Every opponent will be keying on starting the game fast. Barca sleepwalks every first half, this is not how good teams play.

With Rafinha gone, where will the energy come from?

De Jong surprisingly central in this passmap.

Yea, central as in 2nd striker .

Waiting for service as Alba makes the plays.

I am working at a video showing all these idiotic things. In a couple of days I will post it. We'll all see the problems more clearly.
