Luis Enrique

We didn't need a coach when we had experienced, world cup players like Bravo, Dani Alves, Xavi on the squad.. he got carried to a treble and double

Now that our team is much younger, his idiocy will be exposed.. he's a joke

Exactly this I've been saying the same thing even after wining the treble, season after season lucho is weakening our trade mark what made us the best team in football history "the midefield".
Tonight he achieved a new level of idiocy playing with an experimental midfield in one of the hardest away game which left our defense exposed.

Till today we have been carried by Messi bosquets and Iniesta, Messi is injuried and busi out of form and once again Enrique tactical weakness has been exposed.

Lucho is always at his best after he fucks up really bad like now. The thing is, why does he keep doing it? Sick way of keeping players motivated?

Yeah it's much easier to have your best eleven in perfect fitness even I can win with a Messi in goat mode

the problem in the first half was obvious .. everybody here has forseen it . we played with attacking players ( Arda - Gomes ) who have no idea what does it mean to help defenders getting the ball out smoothly .. you could see it .. when pique, mathiew had the ball, Both arda and gomes were 30 meters away upfront with their back to the defenders, which left the trio Pique-Mathiew-Busquets sinking in some deep shit, against a pressing team you have to set up a team capable of absorbing the pressure , which we did absolutely fine against Belbao.

Enrique is the culprit , in the second half everybody looked comfortable once they played in their actual position including Arda who was abysmal in the first half.
we had both Iniesta and Denis , he could have picked up one of them to join gomes- busquets and we could have secured an easy win.

hope this a Wake up call to his ass, stop trying to be Einstein , you are a football manager not a rocket scientist , pick up a solid 11, play them in their positon and sit back .. rotate when we play at home.

about the rotation : resting a player after 4 or five consecutive games is fine , but this obsession has reached a whole different level , we simply don't let any player play 2 games in row .. what about MSN ? don't they play every single game ? have they died of a heart attack because they were not rotated or what ?

now to the big question : what is mor important ? winning titles or rotation ? as ridiculous as it sounds watching this shit you would swear there is a hidden trophy we shall win with arbitrary rotation we do week in and week out. play Iniesta , secure a win for fuck sake sake .

Barçapocalypse NOW!
It's like he doesn't know what's going on around him, after all these years as coach and a career in the club, I just can't understand why he disregards midfield so much! Midfield is the foundation of our style and he just keeps treating it like a minor issue...

Rotations should be thought out carefully, but he does them for the sake of it... You just can't be changing 4 or 5 players every single match and expect some kind of consistent results...

And then, there's the timing; we had a chance to go into the international break on top of La Liga, these are the kind of games in which you go for the kill instead of experimenting...

Luckily Real is also playing like shit. Lucho is not top manager and as it turns out, that's quite OK in Barca as long as you don't do major fuck ups.

Resting Iniesta, Rakitic and Mascherano for their international duties was a masterstroke tonight.
Shame he coaches Barca though.

We are playing worse than Real and remember that we spent much more than they did this summer!!! Our entire team is a joke right now! We conceded 10 goals in first 7 games!!! If you look at first 14 teams in the table ONLY Celta an Las Palmas conceded more!!!! We scored 22 so this is not the problem! Entire problem lies in THE FACT that basically everybody can score against us this year!

2015/16 goal difference in la liga 112/29
2014/15 goal difference in la liga 110/21

and after 7 games this year we have 22/10!!!!!!!!!

10 goals in 7 games, two years ago 21 goals in 38 games!!!!

And another important fact is that MAJORITY of those goals are products of INDIVIDUAL mistakes (Busquets, Mascherano, Ter Stegen etc.).

What is the reason for those mistakes I don't know but this is definitely something to be worried about!

How and then he chooses to rotate is beyond me, it's about to be a international break, play your strongest xi.

He would be better of with a small squad, to save him from himself.

This rotation scheme hasn't worked, doesn't work and will never will work.

Has there ever been in team/manager in the history of football who has made 4-5 rotations each game and has actually achieved anything amazing?

Lucho already learned this in 2014/2015 so why is he repeating the same shit? There isn't any sort of model or example in history that supports this crazy rotation scheme. So I'm dumbfounded by his continuity to do this.

Having a thin squad last season is now looking like a blessing and having a fantastic squad with lots of depth this season is looking like a curse.

There is something very wrong with this picture.

Spend 100m on the mediocre players and still a MSN dependence team. If one of the MSN didn't perform, the team is finished.

guardiola in 10/11 and 11/12 rotated like crazy. worked wonders in 10/11, disaster in 11/12, especially the 3-4-3 experiment with constant switch ups on the defensive line.

Of course they were bad. How do you expect a crucial part of the team like midfield to perform when they can`t play two games in a row together or even play two games in a row at all. How can you have some sort of understanding on the pitch with your teammate when your coach is constantly changing your midfield partners. Enrique is seriously fucking up this season with his retarded rotations and needs to get his shit together. Find your ideal first team and play it most of the time, like every other normal coach ffs. Rotate one or two players when it`s safe. Not half the squad on a tough away game.

If he doesn`t get his shit together I think we`ll soon be in market for a new coach.

I think we will be in the market regardless how we finish the season. I'm sure this is his last. He has his share in defeat, but why all of a sudden Busquets is playing like shit, MAtS having a brainfart, Luis Suarez disappeared. Who else was there to make the difference? Masche screwed up last 2 games he played. Iniesta is at the age you don't play him each game. Rakitic probably only one who could have been in the line up, but who knows how he was physically.
