This was at the club's facilities right? Would be weird seeing the Qatar logos in St. George's

Oh, well that's peculiar. Hope he gets one built back in Barcelona as well, it's great to have a coaching staff/system that is so organized and detail oriented. Nolito mentioned in an interview that Pol (the fitness coach) was very meticulous about physical training for the players and how it was very demanding but also included a lot of ball-work to mimic the kind of exertion they'd face in football matches.

Was all of the old staff cleared out of the club? I remember Tito and Tata still using mostly the same staff from the Pep era.

I'm guessing Lucho cleaned out the old guard and brought in all of his people?

Didn't we already see pictures of our own training grounds scaffolding, or was it a hoax?

Yes. Roura has a position within the club, don't remember which one. But Lucho got his own team.

I think Pep took some coaches when he left while Tito used people internally. Tata brought some from Argentina like Jorge Pautasso.

Lucho's staff looks really well equipped. Unzue is active and constantly working in tandem with the others, Lucho has expressed the importance of his sports psychologist, Pol seems to be great, and the training/match analysts seem to play a big role as well.

Luis Enrique arrives each morning at 7.00-7.15 at the training centre. Meeting with staff around 7.30. First training session at 9.30. [md]

I was looking at the 98/99 Barcelona group photo. I thought it was interesting how the Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, and Manchester United managers were all together on one team 15 years ago.

(Mourinho standing second to left, Lucho standing sixth to left, van Gaal standing farthest right, and Pep kneeling fourth to left)

And innocent little Xavi kneeling fourth to right.
