Pep went bald for the 4 years in Barcelona, now we see Lucho's hair going grey more and more with each week... being a manager of Barcelona is not easy. I hoped after the treble winning season Lucho to stay for many years in Barcelona, I'm really sad for him leaving, but obviously our squad this season was far from its best, aging as well and the new blood that joined this summer only worsened our performance. Now we wait until June for the new manager to be announced, someone else has to revamp the squad.

During the press conference today the journalists asked him about the B squad/youth players and basically what Lucho told them was that the boys are not on the required level to be in the first team. Now I hope he was just nervous about facing the press and not really thinking that. I have high hopes for some of the boys in La Masia.

Overall successful coach...we had some historic moments with him. The PSG game was insane, Classicos were great. He started to lose the plot on 3 season but that happened with Pep and Rijkard too. True Barca legend for what he achieved as a player and coach. Many considered Lucho as tactical banana but he showed strong leaders in coaching positions can achieve a lot(and Zidane is kinda doing the same).I hope whoever is next Barca coach will be great leader with good tactical skills. Is he really wrong dont forget a lot of them players got the b team relegated last season and its a hell of a step up to the first team. And if they are at the required level technically to play for the first team are they on the correct level mentally aswell. It cant be easy for kids to be thrown in to our squad and the whole world watching your every move and criticizing every mistake
