There are some interesting coaching names for the future of Barca around unlike a few years ago. Lucho already said he'll come back if he's free and the club wants him, Slot is a Barca fan, Arteta is from La Masia, Xavi... Not that I want Flick gone but we'll have some alternatives when he does.

Lucho has improved a lot since his Barca days. Much better coach now with clear vision, style. Qsg also support him well, with good squad building.

Lucho was actually angry at the club

"They aren't a dominant team and they are not a good team defensively, either," he said. "They defend with bodies but they don't have quality in defence."

Luis Enrique doubled down on his opinion of Xavi's Barça after losing the first game at the Parc des Princes.

"It's a lie to say Barça were better, that's completely false," he said in his analysis of the LaLiga side, who he played for and later coached between 2014 and 2017. "They played long balls. [Goalkeeper Marc-André] ter Stegen broke the record for long passes -- I think it was 24. They play like Eibar. It was all long balls. Call it the third man if you're a fan of Xaxi."

On replacing Xavi

“Are you going to fire Xavi if he plays awful football wins the League and the Cup? No, right? Well, that’s it then bye bye” said Enrique as quoted by MARCA.

This guy won a CL with the biggest mental midget of all time (Alba) and now somehow got Dembele aka the dumbest player to ever kick a ball, to finally look good.

Y'all still wanna doubt the GOAT?

Pep won CLs with Messi and De Bruyne and Haaland if this guy wins one with fucking Dembele he will officially have surpassed the bald fraud

Di Matteo won the CL too.

The level of football maintained throughout the years by pep's teams matters infinitely more than a fluke CL. Judging quality of a manager is about football, first and foremost.

Funny knowing that he delivered insanely dire football in his last season where he was also carried by his front 3. I think his time here was a tad bit overrated since he really could've done more in his 2nd season but the 3rd season was insanely bad.

He couldn't put “his” system football because of the little dictator and his fat friend, who by then had become a rather lazy player following his best friend's example.

I've said many times - if the little dictator would just become a player who obeys the coach, we would win at least 3-4 more Champions League titles before 2020.

Lucho didn't win any tittle with Ferran though. And of course he hasn't yet won UCL with qsg.

It's good to see him doing great. He's improved a lot since his Barca stint which shows how great/impactful Barca philosophy is (mainly Cruyff and Pep though).
