Luis Suárez

Important goal, love the guy - but shocking game, and he's had many this season. Indeed Valverde' system is holding him back - but first touch, passing, scoring from the chances he gets etc is not down to the system. Want old Suarez back...

I had no idea he hadn't scored a CL goal until tonight.. absoloutely shocking. i don't want to shit on the guy, hes for sure improved since early on but we aren't going far if we persist with him next season.

Way to hard for him to keep playing alone in attack in game after game.
Our breakthrouhg power is not on Suarez, its on Valverdes crap lineups.

Suarez has turned into Alexis Sanchez. Minnow bashing in La Liga with the odd goal against top sides, but doing fuck all in the Champions League.
Goals in classico , Atm match , Villareal away , Anoeta away . Minnow bashing ? what about two assists against chelsea ?

He's only been good for 3 months this season. Complete and utter shit from August until November. Then from December to February he caught fire and started playing at the world class we've seen from him in the past. This last month and a bit he's slowly been getting worse and it's only a matter of time before he hits the lows he did earlier in the season if he keeps this up.

Not consistent enough anymore. He's going to be 32 next season so he's not going to get any better. Time to start phasing him out.

He was the third most dangerous player next only to Messi and Iniesta. He's like Ronaldo, you can't expect him to be even average in build up play but his finishing is lethal. He had three shots on target and two of them beat goalkeeper (one being offside).

Common man, think you are selling him short. Not only is he one of the greatest strikers we ever had, he is also a great bloke and beloved by other players. His spirit and love for Barca are top too.

You keep saying this all the time. What makes you think he loves barca more than any other barca player?

A Semedo + Demb combi would take care of that on the right.
Jordi + Couti on the left _ Busi as metronome. Things are looking bright!

He had a few good games mid-season but was pathetic throughout 2017.

Even on a good day he can't do the basics.
