Our "pressing" with Messi and Suarez leading the line was laughable to watch in the first half. Villarreal broke it with ease because neither of the two were really pressing. Such a familiar and recurring picture. I know perfectly well who I would like to remove permanently out of the two though. He has no physicality left to showcase that "hunger" he is lauded for. Actually he presses very hard only a handful of times in a season since 15/16. I don't want to talk about his touch and passing because it is obvious. Also he can't finish "easy chances" for shit.

Griezmann does 70% of his work as a ST, despite him being a LW. During the 30% of the work he actually does, he fucks up 85% of the time.

I've gone past anger, I just cannot understand how this man trains 5 days a week and yet cannot control or do anything with a football. It's actually impressive how shit he is.

With taking in mind he is the best striker since Henry.
Its sad how far he regressed.
He should be used for rotation matches and off the bench.
Next season he should come of the bench with a salary cut. If he really wabts to stay. Otherwise he should leave. No need for a Larsson role for that salary.

To me he was the best player in the world in 13/14, unreal levels. Like you said, he needs a salary cut to be a bit-part player but can't see him going for that.

Ultimately he's almost 33, he could have a few good years in the MLS.

At his peak (2013-14 & 2015-16) he was the best pure 9 of his generation but he has declined far more then other 9s of the same agegroup (Cavani, Lewandowski, Aguero, Benzema) right now they are all much better then him.

Yup I agree, in fact Aguero's goal to game ratio right now is amazing.

Imagine benching both Dembele and Ansu and playing Griezmann on the wing...all just to accommodate this guy.

totally finished. in all seriousness, i'd rather play Pique as #9 than this guy.

as a super sub he can stay til next summer but you cannot justify starting this guy.. a new ST is needed in January
