City perspective: Well Aguero is 30 and maybe Pep is not all in on Jesus. Plus having a boatload of players good in a position doesn't stop City from trying to get more, keep them away from potential rivals is an added bonus.

From Frankfurt's perspective I would think they are just going to try to get the highest bid, even better if it ain't Bayern.

From Jovic camp, get the best wages possible, I will be good enough to beat out any #9 in my way anyway.

Now from Barca perspective, if we really think he is the best guy out there as a long term buy AND can help out Suarez starting fall 2019, you want to try to close this deal sooner than later.

Seems to be 2-footed as well, the ease how he takes possesion of the ball, but also shoots on goal left and right
