Hope someone in Barca camp learned the lesson. Wonder what could have been had we signed Modric instead of Cesc.
He is giving his all for Madrid and I imagine how he would actually fight for club he loved more.
Hindsight is a great thing. At that time if you offered Modric or Cesc to any team in the world, each one would choose Cesc.

Yeah he is.. was abusing Messi (despite having Messi in his name... classic troll trick) and licking Ronaldos arse all through the World Cup until he got knocked out. Now he’s turned to other ways of casual trolling.
This was one of his trolls the other day.. he’s definitely a Madrid fan.
Turns out that isn’t even true either we did it 08/09 then won the league after then 09/10... at least research properly if you’re going to troll.

Not really. Modric was one of the best midfielders in the premier league when he left to sign for RM. Certainly top 3 at the least. He just needed a platform to showcase his talents to the world which he got at Madrid. At Spurs, it was easy for him to get underrated because he was at a smaller club (they were smaller than they are now). Anyone who understood team dynamics could see that even back then he had multiple more dimensions to his game in comparison to Fabregas. The only thing the latter had on him was his name. I still maintain that he isn't that much better now than he was during his Spurs days. He's just getting more noticed.

Well regardless of what actually happened he's only going to say pro-Madrid things now since he's still at the club. Back when the move still looked possible he kept liking social media posts about coming to Inter, for example there was one from Perisic with him, Brozo and Vrsaljko with the caption #WhosMissing and Modric tagged.
Not saying Inter didn't initiate contact, but it makes sense that he doesn't want to piss off his club either. He'd be an idiot otherwise.
