3. Valdes-Another exceptional game from Victor as he made save after save after save, each more brilliant than the last. Another three points brilliantly protected by the Spaniard

Honorable Mentions:
Busquets-Great performance from him, some wonderful defending being done, especially with the addition of slide tackles into his game, and great passing moves as well
Cesc-Drove our attack forward, providing the link between the back and the front, and demonstrated yet again his great vision and attacking ability. Would be in the three if he didn't fade away in the second half
Pique-Blamed needlessly for the goals, Pique could do nothing for either one and was otherwise our best defender, applying pressure, buying time, winning aerial challenges...These things aren't noticed as easily as Thiago Silva-esque slide tackles, but are just as vital for a team's success
