1. Puyol - didn't miss a beat after bring out for almost 8 months ... Played it safe and didn't get beat by anyone.

2. Neymar - the service to him was lacking today and he tried his best to provide the spark. Unlucky again to not draw a penal.

3. Busquets - his passing was spot on and was the best of all mids by miles.

Man, people complaining about Barça players sucking this game. Some brilliant football and opportunity after opportunity. The finishing was poor, but most everything else was top notch. Only two players who really squandered their many chances: Cesc and Montoya. Everyone else, nice job.

1. Neymar- created many opportunities with brilliant solo efforts. Hard to find any fault in his game today. Top marks.
2. Pedro - involved in creating many of the opportunities, especially in the first half.
3. Xavi - take your pick of the midfielders. All great link-up play, but Xavi the most consistent, as well as the creator with best set-up passes.

HM: Puyol and Bartra, both solid. Puyol 100% pass completion, Bartra nearly as good. Had Osasuna threatened at all, I would have moved one into the top three, but was pretty routine at the back and had little bearing on the outcome.

Go watch the game. At least half the threats in the first half came through Pedro. And, unlike Cesc and Montoya, he didn't blow chances, nor screw up the build up play.

3. Bartra (21,2%) recovers almost every ball, is good in the air, clever passing, and fast on the counter attack ~ dostoevskij

Random fact(s) of the round:
- Neymar has taken the lead in the overall rankings with his 3rd consecutive 2nd spot
- Puyol steps unto the podium for the first time since the 9th of March last season, when we faced Deportivo at home. Back then his efforts also earned him a 1st place finish
