1. Neymar: Decisive with 1 goals and 1 assist. Besides that, he also kept the RM defence busy in the absence of Messi, something most of our forwards haven't been able to do last couple of years. Excellent performance.
2. Busquets: Not much to say really, he just has been his normal self. And to be honest, his normal self is being an amazing player. Passing, intercepting, always available for a 1-2. Classic Biscuits, gotta love Sergio.
3. Alexis: Claimed the victory with an astounding 2-0, also being very active in attack as well as defence. We haven't always seen the true potential he has, but he is one class act. Great player, just needs some more consistency in his play. For that half an hour that he playes, superb performance.
MotM: The closet cule; Luka Modric. Fantastic performance, by far the best player on the pitch today.

1) The Don - Masterful performance from Iniesta, once again showing his best in the big game. If Messi finished the chance from the magnificent left footed through ball it would have been 2-0 in the first half with 2 assists for this guy.
2) Neymar - A real menace. Having Messi on the opposing wing gave him that little extra space and he was the biggest threat.
3) Valdes - Multiple quality saves and he looked assured. He actually had a presence and looked unbeatable. That psychological edge I felt got to the Madrid players a little.
HM) Alexis - Jugagorazo. Also did an impression of Superman with some of his defensive work and outleaping taller Madrid players to win headers.

Neymar first in the MOTM thread a couple months into his first season. Wow, who would have thought?
Yeah, I'm duly impressed too. To be fair, though, had Messi not been injured, he would probably still be in the lead.
