Hard one this game, many excellent pieces of play, and possible candidates.
1. Messi- just cannot be contained.
2. Bravo- made important saves that kept Bilbao from closing the gap.
3. Xavi- the best overall performance from start to finish, and the two best moves of the match
HM:
Hard to leave out Pique, excellent, and protecting Barça from Mathieu's poor game.
Neymar- should have had a higher scoreline given the number of chances he had, but IMO, his best game yet. No nonsense, none of his usual dallying on the ball, just down to business. Less fluff, more action. I like it.
Suarez- great work with his fellow strikers, well-taken goal.
Pedro- perfect sub performance, setting up Neymar with key passes twice, smart finishing of his goal, and harassing and recovering balls as usual. All in 10 minutes.
