Villarreal, La Liga away (1-0)

1. Messi (46,8%) Created the most and Rafinha and Pedro should have scored or atleast hit target from atleast two chances, almost scored and gave the assist to Sandro's goal. ~ DonAK

2. Busquets (20,6%) defensive wall in the midfield, also some clever passes and impeccable skill ~ rixxer

3. Piqué (9,1%) impeccable tonight ~ serghei



Random fact(s) of the round:

  • Sandro (18) needed just 5 more personal voting points to emulate Rakitic and Munir from last round, by making the podium in his competetive debut with the team.
  • By topping the podium again, Messi (118) replicates his La Liga start from 12/13 (at home against Real Sociedad and away against Osasuna, scoring a brace in each game).

Many players also could be there... Busi, Rakitic and Masch were very good. Munir also with a good performance.

Mathieu - What can you say..... Just fantastic!
Messi - Made a few poor choices in the game, but was still very good and gave some mouthwatering through balls to Pedro and Munir in the first half before delivering Neymar a great ball which the latter put in easily while racing past Laporte to serve Neymar another one. His first assists to Neymar ever btw AFAIK.
Neymar - Neymar had not scored for us since the brace against Celta Vigo over 100 days ago, but came back with a couple today!

Neymar - fired up our attack
Messi - because he showed some actual Messi action
Alba - did nothing wrong at the back and was great offensively
