I would find it quite hilarious if City wins the CL this season. It would put a lot of pressure on Pep

Impossible, they can't even reach top 5 clubs in Europe atm and we probably won't live enoguh to see another Chel$hit 2012 miserably luck.
So funny Man Utd forums in absolute meltdown today with the Pep news.

I'm kind of happy he went to City instead of Chel$hit, Arsenal or even United.

'I don't see Messi in the Premier League'

"Guardiola and Messi had a very good working relationship. But I don't see him coming to the Premier League. Manchester City might have a better chance of getting someone like Neymar. He strikes me as the sort of man who likes to be the star."

Will we ever see Messi in Manchester?

"You never know. You never know where players' heads are at. And don't forget, Messi has got these tax issues in Spain. If anyone could persuade him, it would be Pep..."

BBC Sport "analysts".... fucking muppets.

 at Danny Murphy, you don't know where Messi's heads at? Going by those comments you would think Barca are hovering at Midtable or something. And I still dont get where they think Neymar is obsessed of being the main man from? As if he's some squad player at Barca, whatevs.

I know... it's really annoying they spout such crap. It's just so lazy, they really shouldn't comment about teams/players that they haven't watched regularly ?

It's going to get worse from here.

English media are already having a field day in regards to "What Pep wants"! it's going to get worse when the summer transfer window happens. you will see stories from "Neymar isn't happy here due to messi and the taxes" to "Barcelona can't afford to pay MSN! So that automatically means Messi and Suarez to city!"

They have no clue in reality on what Pep wants and they come up with these bullshit narratives that Pep and City will get what they want no matter what due to money.

Why would Suarez remotely want to go back to the EPL? considering he wanted to join Barcelona since his wife lived here and not only that he said the English Media was also one of the main reasons he wanted to leave.

Same with Messi why would he want to go to city either? Because his buddy Aguero is there? or because Pep once managed him? I don't see messi leaving just because he's Friends with Aguero and because Pep happens to be there.

Just pure nonsense really.

Messi and Suarez would never move. We'll see about Neymar. I highly doubt it though. Playing for best club in the world with Messi and living in Barcelona is not something you walk away from.

I think the english press just enjoys writing that garbage to see our reactions.

They're not getting anyone from this team.. maybe Bartra, Mathieu, Vermaelen, Douglas, Adriano, Sandro, Masip... They can put in a joint 150 million bid for them.

Neymar is not leaving. Look at the guy, he's more of a star here than he would be in England. You don't move from Barca or Madrid (or Bayern) to be a bigger star in England. It doesn't work that way. All the Premier League best move to us, not vice versa.

Suarez said that he would never play for another English club except Liverpool.

Attracting money and attention in the internet has become so easy. I don't blame the papers for doing that. But why would fans who know that those stories are wrong talk about it all day?

We (since I'm wasting my time posting this, I belong to this group) should know better.

Well, it already started. Seen City fans on twitter already putting half our team in their starting 11 for next year.

Messi will never move just look at what he told Alves when he though about leaving - 'Dani, stay, where you are going to feel better than you do here?'"

He isnt going to go and disrupt his peak years learning a new language and playing in a new league. Especially in a City like Manchester.

Neymar I hope stays but I think his head will be turned by offers and he will consider them even briefly. Hope he stays though.

I can't believe we are even having this conversation. Messi to City HA! He will move his kids and family from BARCELONA, where he had lived for 16 years to Manchester....yea
