Signing Nolito is partly important to motivate players who leave (sold, released etc) Barca, specially the youngsters. If we had Aleix and Nolito, both sold(released) by us at some point of their career, but managed to work hard and come back here. Would be a great symbolic gesture, even if he didn't play much.

I completely disagree. That's basically like saying that it's perfectly fine for youngsters to leave for peanuts for silly BPL wages, because you're very welcome back for huge sums later on?
The only way this potential Nolito transfer is Barça related, is through Lucho and the fact the he's managed him before.

Not talking about that. By that I mean that if youngsters get released or sold because at some point they're not good enough, but still want to succeed and work hard, there's always a chance to get back to the club of their dreams.

The fools who leave for better wages should just be kicked in the arse.

Mrkmrlt post was nothing to do with wages. He was talking about them leaving not being good enough for the squad, becoming a better player elsewhere then returning. In the case of Nolito, some of what he did last season was truly world class, getting him a place in the Spain squad.. much different to the Nolito of 4/5 years ago.

I know what you mean, but I just don't think it's relevant. If a player is good enough to play for us, he's in most cases welcome - Barça history or not. This potential transfer is not a good will gesture from the club, but a profound wish to strengthen the squad from the coach.

haha you can't make this shit up

verbal promise to pay someone 20 millions... right. I'd be happy if this fool didn't break our relationship with Celta... he's disrespecting them.

The move has apparently collapsed because Barca wanted an option to buy him after the loan instead of an obligatory fee.
