Was heavily linked to Juventus recently.

He also made a nice declaration about PSG in the media some weeks ago.

Also Juventus want Locatelli and we’ve a special relationship with them. We’ve a new meeting scheduled with Juve”.

Don't see him going to Arsenal over Juve.

He seems like a good player for most Serie A or La Liga matches but I dont think he's the type of midfielder that will do well in big CL matches

I would gladly take him over some of our midfielders, no problem. Sadly, big Italian clubs pull over their national players are too big. Verratti is but an exception.

On top of that, he isn't expensive.

Imagine he was french or english player. You are talking over 50 millions player easily.
