Wouldnt think so. He hasnt been that great for them from what I have seen.

Dortmund brought in Manuel Akanji who's considered a very talented CB and with Toprak signing from Leverkusen in the summer, Bartra is no longer guaranteed starter time which he wants in order to make Spain's WC squad.

He's a good rotation option but in terms of being a starter for a top team? Nada. Even after his move to Dortmund he still struggles with some the issues that plagued him here.
