Such a cool finish, especially for a centreback. Not as easy as it looks. Good game from Bartra. Finally he played!

Yes. I agree, these are the games Tata should count on Bartra. At home against a pretty good, but certainly not elite team like Sociedad. That's how you boost his confidence, not by putting him against some top notch strikers like Mandžukić. It's like in swimming. You don't learn to swim in the middle of the Pacific, 'cause you'll probably drown. You take it step by step.

It could be a difficult couple of weeks for him if he has to be thrown in as a replacement for Masch. I wish him the best.

I'm liking what I saw against Sociedad from Bartra. Seems more assured of himself than last year under Tito. Hopefully Tata has pumped some confidence in him and he will now have to step up since Masch is injured.

Everytime this man played big matches (Celtic, Bayern or Madrid), we lost. Don't expect him to perform well against strong sides and wish that Puyi will be soon ready to be a starter.

Yeah we lost solely due to Bartra who played a total of 904 minutes in a whole season

Celtic is not a big match. And we lost because our midfield and attack were horrific. Puyol played against Madrid and barça was butchered. Remember that Di Maria that almost crossed Puyol´s legs? :s

It´s a team effort.
