He's faster than Pique and Puyol, I see no problem with his pace, and barcanuck is right he seems bulkier than last season.

Lol this. I think Varane is a fantastic player and did amazingly against us but he got exposed pretty badly on several occasions in the Champions League. He still has so much room to grow but Drogba and Lewandowski showed that Varane is not at the level of someone like Kompany or Hummels.

Anyway, I was so pleased with Bartra's performance last match. Let's hope he has another great match tonight!
