The later part is understandable, coaches going for money is a bit normal and many coaches bounced from middle east to Europe like our own coach, Dalic. Their career isn't short like footballers and generally they rarely get good endorsement deals.
First part is a mystery though, plenty of good offers in Europe that he declined
