Reus needs to settle in a top club like Barca, RM or Bayern. He doesn't need clubs like Juve or Atleti that would just be another step before joining a club like Barca or Bayern, because he has nothing to prove. He has already proven that he's talented enough to join a top club.

Bale is nowhere talented as reus, he is technicall horrible , ask RM fans. He cant dribble but he lives with his speed + he has good header.
