Martin Odegaard

Another one with great potential to go
The list is huge by now.
Hakimi might be the coming decade's top RB, same for Theo Hernandez at LB, same will be said for Odegaard in a couple of years.
not to mention Kovasic, Llorente, Reguillon etc
If you add all them up, you have a proper team

I am happy that Perez is so short-sighted and his head revolves only around Mpabe and other galactico signing.
But If I were a RM fan I would be pissed AF with Perez's strategy on the youngsters.
Imagine Laporta selling Fati and Pedri for good money to solve Barca's finances .. No Fucking Way!

Odegaard is not Pedri or Fati though, he is not going to be a regular starter the way those two were and consistently relied on, even though he just came back from loan. He is good but in the grand scheme of things (raising money to get Mbappe, Haaland, Pogba, Camavinga and other investments etc.), he is expendable.

35-40m is great in today's age.

Villarato!
If he's not Pedri or Fati then why compare him to Pedri or Fati? Just ignore the false equivalency.

This is a Llorente transfer. Or worse, since the competitors are either shite (Isco) or old and can't hang with elite anymore. TBH I hope I'm wrong and he goes Arsenal and disappears off the radar until he's 30 cashing in his cheques like most Arsenal players do, but it's a wrong and ill-timed decision IMO

Remember when a few years ago Barto and his scouts said that we have money only for 1 talented youngster, so we had to pick between Halilovic (lol) and Odegaard.
None of them made it, it seems, but Real at least earned 35-40M on him.

Our boy Halilovic is now playing at = wait, I have to Google it.

** Edit = I found it = he plays nowhere, he is a free agent without a club.

Sorry for bringing it up out of nowhere, but Arthur and Halilovic were for me the two of the starngest hypes/insanities by masses which I have seen here in all of these years.
Riki Puig comes close at the 3rd place.

Halilovic was offered to continue at Birmingham City this season as he was there last season for a bit. Didn't sign the contract though.

He had a great season for Real Sociedad so unlike Halilovic and Riqui thus far he has proven he can be a very good player for a team challenging for play in European competitions.

I don't know if Arsenal is the move for him though. Think a team like Leicester would have been great.

LOL about comparing Odegaard to Halilovic.

Odegaard is about the play for Arsenal next season. How on earth can someone claim 'he didn't make it'?
WAs never given a real chance at RM.

And that's where Pedri's case comes in handy. Koeman trusted the kid, and now he is untouchable.
Odegaard was never given sucj trust by Zidane or Ancelotti.
You can't claim he 'didn't make it'

Jesus Christ, is it impossible for you to restrain from being a negative contrarian? I very much doubt you've watched Odegaard in Arsenal or in his loan spells, yet your eager to make comparisons to some guy that disappeared years ago. Literally you're only connection is that he was a hyped teenager and that's it.

Seriously, can you stop? Will you ever stop being so unnecessarily negative about almost everybody except for Coutinho?
