Where did you read this? I haven't seen anything in the Italian papers about it.

RM's interest in Darmian has been reported in the Italian media (La Gazzetta for instance) a few times.

I can only see them buying him if Fábio Coentrão leaves as he is comfortable as a left back and a very versatile player.

Bayern have also been rumored with him.

Yeah, there have been links between Darmian and Madrid, but nothing like what Flavia said. I doubt it is true since no one with an ounce of credibility appears to be reporting it. If it were, Di Marzio would be on top of it for example.

Darmian would progress even further instantly if he played for the likes of Barça, RM or Bayern. I struggle to see a better and cheaper option out there if the current board or a new one would want to buy a right back this summer or in January 2016.

He also has a tireless stamina much like Alves.
