We are still in the race for MdL. Don't be surprised if he will be unveiled together with De Jong towards the beginning of July.

Can you name me any team, apart from Barca/Messi (godlike), who has had a bad defence/core but did have insane attackers and won cups/leagues? It's utter nonsense and a very simplified way of looking at football. Ask anyone who had a role in professional football will tell you that.
A recent example will be Ajax. Take out De Ligt, Blind and de Jong and you'll see that Ziyech is a Real Betis level of player, why Southampton got rid of Tadic, that Van de Beek was heavily enabled by those 3 and that Neres, as you can see in te Brasil team atm, is a decent player but far from what he showed at Ajax.
And let's talk about PSV, who were 8 points above Ajax in the winter break. They have a really good attack for current Eredivisie standards (Bergwijn, Lozano, De Jong), maybe even better than Ajax, but a mediocre (at best) core in Schwaab, Viergever, Hendrix and Rosario. Guess, who became winners of the Dutch league? The team with the best core; Ajax.

This here is one of the things i found to be odd.
Why would PSG would make Antero Henrique negociate with Raiola when the day after he was removed from his position for Leonardo ?
PSG negociation tactics don't make sense.
Still, i don't think it matters much. He went to Juve because of the better offer, not because of Leonardo.
Now, it is Juve who is Mino choice against Barca who is the choice of his entourage.
Let's see if Domenech had the inside informations because he called de Ligt choice would be announced today.

It seems that its a battle between psg and juve. Neither side is giving up and that might explain why this is dragging so long. I think we are already out of the race because we wont rise our offer. Psg needs a win so they are desperate to sign him and juve has a advantage duo their tax cheat.
That's because no team is dumb enough to pay those wages for a very young CB... except PSG.

So far, the best offer is the Juve one. PSG is supposed to make a new offer that would be bigger than Juve one.
And i don't see who are those players that other clubs don't even want after they have stayed some years at PSG. Put Marquinhos, Verratti, Neymar, Mbappé on the market and see if no one wants them. The truth is you are unhappy because PSG don't let his best players leave as easily as they did with Ronaldinho years ago.
I know a lot of Barça fans nowadays that have started to love this club because of Ronaldinho. And his transfer started the new era of Barcelona. I can understand why old PSG was more friendly from your perspective.
As much as you hate PSG, players have not really regressed at PSG. TS and Marquinhos are the backbone of Brazil defence, Verratti is the heart of Italy midfield, even Paredes that is shit for PSG is not doing so bad for Argentina in this Copa. Cavani is important for Uruguay.
You can maybe say some like Verratti didn't achieve their full potential but they didn't regress as Verratti was not the player he is when he was bought from Serie B. And even then, some could say that Coutinho has regressed at Barça, Dembélé has not achieved his potential (yet), Malcom is wasted on the bench like Paco Alcacer before. There is no sure formula to guarantee a player development. Even Real Madrid is struggling with the super youngsters like Asensio, Ceballos, or more senior players like Isco.

So Oriol Domenech is supposed to tell us what is de Ligt's decision in a few minutes but he just tweeted that he'll say where he thinks de Ligt will play. So, in other words, probably no new news tonight
i don't understand how they can even announce where hes going in the first place. surely thats for De Ligt to announce
