He found the same situation in Juventus like Frenkie did here. Reading some opinions of Juve fans it's pretty clear they rate him a lot and consider him one of the two big ones (with Chiesa). I think primarily it's a case of shit team performances falsely equal all players being shit (same with Frenkie). De Ligt had some injury issues though and his wages+fee for a CB were quite insane, especially after Covid.

I would still love him here, but not for 75ME++.
