I think there is no question that we are interested in him, very.

However it will come to what the club thinks the priorities should be. Unless of course if we manage to sell some players that will free up some funds.

I would rather see Barca spend 75m on De Ligt than the wrong CF. De Ligt is the right player for Barca and he's perfect to replace Pique, unless we find that 'perfect' fit for a CF we shouldn't rush it.

Loans from Bank Of Catalunya. Hence our debt. I think we put most if not all of our sponsor money and prize money into salaries and player transfers. So all renovations/developments are financed by loans and we are stacking our debt that way.

No it's not flawed because FFP doesn't mean "you can't spend a lot of money".

Also our net spending wasn't even that high since we also sold a lot and we will (hopefully) continue doing so this summer with Gomes, Denis, Rafinha and maybe another midfielder (Raki/Vidal).

I'd definitely keep Coutinho as first option left forward but also get another option.
Obviously, Dembele and Malcom for the right side and Suarez as a super-sub.

It should be a mobile striker that could start out wide like Villa did. The options I've seen being mentioned like Jovic and Icardi seem to be very stationary strikers. Even less mobile than Suarez which is a worry considering Messi is not going to play as a right-winger ever again.

Should be the right profile. If we find someone fitting that profile then sure by all means go for it and see how it works.
