He's evolved quite a bit since his United days.

If he keeps it up I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up returning to the EPL at some point. Might not be quick enough to be a winger but he seems good down the middle.

He has amazing stats for Netherlands. In his last 18 games (or the games he played under Koeman) he has 11 goals and 10 assists and those include the 4 games against Germany , 2 against France and 1 against England.

And this year he really flipped his switch aswell and has been playing very mature.

Seeing some people wanting Depay. But I don't it will work out with Messi still here since he has a free role in Netherlands and likes to have the ball at his feet and give that final pass. And that's where he has his best performances.

Just look how good his stats are under Koeman

Depay isn?t a goalscoring machine, don?t get your expectations too high. He will bring creativity and support in that he will keep defenders occupied and play the ball to the player in best position, not a selfish player. He will grab his goal and assist here and there of course. Had a few awful games for NL, but was also praised in a handful where he didn?t score. Like I said, opens up the game for other players. Also has pace but not the fastest. One of his greatest strengths is his physique, hard to bully him off the ball. Another one is he is clutch, can score in small and big games alike. Good work rate, but needs to be kept in check. If he gets too comfortable at Barca might start focusing on rap career. Won?t happen under Koeman as he respects him a lot, but post Koeman who knows what happens. Mixed feelings. Just hope he won?t get a ridiculous salary. I mean if de Jong is earning 20 mil...

I'm Dutch but absolutely don't want this guy. Not a Barca player at all, and probably a worse, slower version of Dembele. Not as dumb though, but close.
