Memphis Depay

I'm virtually praying to the gods of football that Bayern are actually really in for Depay. My absolute favorite player as potential Ribery replacement at Bayern.
Griezmann would also be fairly great as alternative.

Are you saying what I think you are saying, that the city of Manchester is a better place to live at than Munich? Are you for real?

Think this transfer is Manchester United's to lose, they'll have this wrapped up sooner rather then later

It has to be sarcasm. He called Manchester sunny.

I haven't met a single person who has lived there who hasn't bitched about how awful the weather is

Hahah! Tbf the weather has been beautiful the past 2 weeks, but no i have said this it will chuck it down tommorow.

No, I live near Manchester these days, and the weather here wouldn't look out of place at Barcelona right now, it's been very warm.

Manchester has a warmer climate overall than Münich and less precipitation. 300 hours of sunshine less though.

So if Depay is interested in living in a city with a warm and sunny climate then he should avoid both cities. Or just England and Germany in their entirety.

Anyway as I wrote earlier then Depay is definitely an exciting talent. It's a shame that we are apparently not interested in him. He would be a good option if Pedro left.

Read a french report published 12 hours ago that PSV gave PSG permission to initiate discussions of terms with Depay(this had already widely circulated via Eindhovens Dagblad) -- http://www.ed.nl/sport/voetbal/psv/...ster-liverpool-en-parijs-poll-video-1.4878231 -- and that the Parisians are offering €35 million to United's €25 million. In a separate report done by the guardian, also published 12 hours ago, there's a quote from Van Gaal regarding Depay from an interview earlier in the day. It says:

Van Gaal refused to discuss if he has had any contact with PSV Eindhoven’s Memphis Depay. “I don’t discuss it with the media, you know my answer,” he said of the winger who played under him as Holland coach at last summer’s World Cup. “I have a lot of relationships with players. I cannot buy all the players I’ve coached already.”

They may not be favorites, and they may lose out in the end, but I believe Paris is very much in the running.
