That'd be around 50 million dollars... Now Barca probably don't pay during holidays but it'd still be around 40 million. Since every other site reports that he earns around 12-16 million (12+bonuses) euro per year, or around 15-20 million dollars. That means his sponsorships gives him between 20 and 30 million dollars which seems plausible.

What a bargain for FC Barca! He must actually be worth about what the rest of the team combined is paid. But this way, he can have the world's best teammates, and the team can abide by financial fair play. I'm sure Messi has all the money he could want from all of this other earnings.
