Reports in Egypt that he was allowed to miss out on Military Service in the country to play for Chelsea as a part of an education program, but the Minister of Education has apparently rescinded his registration for it so he has to get back and complete it which would take 1-3 years. The Egyptian FA, National Team Staff and the Ministry are due a meeting soon to find a solution or else he'll have to leave everything and get back to Egypt right away.
Military service for his educational degree is 2 years,
it happens a lot for Egyptian players but in most cases those things would get sort out,he will need a family member to register him in any other college so that he will be free from Military service until 28(or until he get his degree which isn't gonna happen),he will probably try to get himself another passport someway or another to get himself out of it(there is another under the table methods for stars like him)
It will end good,Military service never prevented players from playing abroad,in contrary some players used it to there benefit and when they play abroad and dislike it out there, apply for military service to go back to Egypt and play in domestic league (in this case Fifa decide the players price),this isn't the case for Salah as he is living his dream playing in one of the top clubs in Europe
And he already said he isn't coming back to egypt until it is sor t out,Chelsea fans will have nothing to worry about
