When are Barça fans gonna admit that he offers literally nothing offensively? 1 assist in two years? Are you kidding me?
So you guys criticize Valverde for being defensive minded, yet your argument for Semedo starting over Sergi is that "he's much better defensively" lol
Id have no problem if he decided to leave. He cant cross,cant pass in the final 3rd to save his life and cant link up with other players

Semedo shits all over Roberto and it's not even a contest.
Roberto the guy who can get it done against Mickey mouse competition when attacking but always shits himself against real teams on both ends of the pitch when he's an RB. Any real coach would only use Roberto as an emergency back up instead of a starter.
Yeah, that’s why Roberto bosses Vinicius at the Bernebeu who a week prior completely dominated Semedo.
Roberto is not a perfect RB but he is better than Semedo. I wouldn’t worry at all if both leave to be honest

Both suck. happy? I dont give a fuck about Roberto neither, but the truth is that out of those two, he offers more. Its just annoying to see ppl act as if Semedo is some kind of oppressed worldclass game-deciding player, and totally diregard the fact that whenever he plays, our right side is dead offensively.
Werent ppl blaming Valverde for not starting Semedo vs Liverpool in the 2nd leg? What about when he started vs Roma and we got embarassed 3-0?

Roberto is not better than Semedo not by a long shot.
Again using that "Derp he bossed an 18-year-old" to say "LOOK HE'S BETTER THAN SEMEDO!" is fucking hilarious. Semedo came on and shut Mane down, a player far more superior to that of an 18-year-old kid who couldn't hit a barn down with his shots while Roberto was struggling against him in both legs.
Well, let’s just disagree then. I think Roberto is better in buildup, has more keypasses, way more assists, better understanding of “the RB-position with no winger in front of him”. Semedo may be better 1v1. Out of the two I prefer a Roberto.
As I said both are not good enough and I would have no problem letting go of both

Problem I have with Roberto is for all his strengths, they rarely show up where we needed them the most.
He's a good enough League RB but that's about it.

Best move for me. Let Semedo and Wague cover RB. We should focus on getting a LB to compete with Alba.
Bob has been here for years and i still don't know what his best position is. He'll be useful from the bench.

Which shows what a good coach can do with decent players at best. City's flanks are their bread and butter with fucking Zinchenko and Delph playing there in some games.
When their only potentially world class fullback Mendy was injury free at the start of the season, that left flank was devastating with him and Sane.
