If Semedo gets 7-8 games straight at LB he can even challenge Alba if he slacks off. His passing is getting better and better. Keep it going.

Also I like that he is very non-injury prone. Looks to be made of steel.

Exactly... Nothing against him, especially since he was played out of position, but to claim he can challenge Alba is ridiculous... Semedo needed at least 3 touches every time he received the ball in an attacking position and most of the time went for the safe option of a back pass...

Once again, I'm not shitting on him because that is not his natural position and he was isolated a lot during the game, but let's cool our jets and hope Alba is back soon enough so Semedo can play on our right flank again...
